Join the Co-op and Sudbury Valley Trustees for a family-friendly guided foliage walk through Memorial Forest in Sudbury! SVT Director of Stewardship (and Co-op Owner #20) Laura Mattei will lead you through beautiful stream, marsh, and woodland habitat. Kids will also enjoy a scavenger hunt along the way!!
While you’re there, learn about the Assabet Village Co-op Market, a locally sourced, community owned grocery store coming to Maynard. You can become an Owner on the spot!

Happy Halloween!!! We’ll be at Bolton’s Halloween Parade on Saturday, October 28, from 3-5pm! The parade begins at Bolton’s Memorial Field and runs down Main Street to Mechanic Street, ending at Florence Sawyer School. A Halloween Party will follow!
Find our table on Trick or Treat Lane (runs down Mechanic to Emerson School gym), where there’ll be candy and toys for the kids and you can learn all about our locally sourced, community owned grocery store! See you on Trick or Treat Lane!

It’s our Annual Owners Meeting, and this year is a can’t-miss event!! We plan to reach #800 Owners by the meeting and begin our final countdown to 900, when we can choose our site, launch our capital campaign, and build our community owned grocery store!!
The Owners Meeting will include updates on our progress, trajectory, and projected impact in the community. We’ll also elect several new members to the Co-op Board of Directors, and we’ll have great treats from our local sponsors (including The Bake Shoppe, Haute Coffee, and more!).

Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of the award-winning Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers in Framingham, Sunday, May 20 from 12-12:45pm! We’ll check out all the action, from mash to hopback to fermentation. Jack’s Abby has won national and international awards for its craft lagers, all brewed right here in our own backyard. After the tour, purchase some fresh brew to go and grab some delicious lunch in the brewery’s famous beer hall!
